Moreover, modern apps and networking tools have become too personalized for guys and girls all over the world wanting to have freedom to chat without judgement.

Moon and Team Blind’s Korea Country Manager Kyum Kim recently sat down with this newspaper via Skype to talk about the app’s future and online safety.

Q: Blind users spend an average of 41 minutes on the app. users are tech employees and there are tons of topics on Blind.

How are tech workers using Blind and what are some of the most popular topics? Many of them talk about compensation, salary, company environment and issues like sexual harassment.
